Just Cause 2... Best open world game?

Now I may seem a bit biased in my opinion because I haven't truly explored the realm of open world video games, but so far I must say that Just Cause 2 is the most fun to play. Here's why.







Whether your playing through the video game's slightly entertaining story line or modding the crap out of a Tuk-Tuk, this game has much more than a lot to offer in terms of game play. Mechanics wise this game can be tough to get used to, as it is an art to fly through the air ways of Panau rocking the airways in a parachute, but once you get the feel for it you never loose your touch. In addition to this, you also get to blow up or engage in practically everything that is around you. There is so much content to complete aside from the story line, that completing the game to 100 percent could take a person ages.

Graphically this game has many flaws, because it is so massive. In a persistent world it is tough to keep the polygon count down, so they take a few shortcuts in order to make it easier on themselves. This being said, the graphics are still an impressive array of textures and skins that make the people and places of Panau pop.


On an epic scale, this game would receive a straight up 'EPIC', for how fun it can be just to mess around.
