EPIC games: Burnout Paradise

Burnout paradise is one of the best and most creative racing games out there today. It may seem a little bit old, but don't let that fool you. This game delivers. Here's why.









Game play:
This game is easy to pick up and hard to master. The difficulty increases rapidly but so does your skill as you race through paradise city. This aspect mixed with the massive size of the game world allows for a game of epic proportion to be the result.

Visuals:
While this game may be a bit dated, it still holds strong with its graphics quality. Beautiful landscapes and and small details may be hard to notice while zooming through the country side but it is definitely there and should not go unnoticed. The graphics engine in Burnout also excels in the crashes. Crashes are a large part of the game, and it should be noticed that every crash is different, and every one looks cooler than the last.

EPIC scale:
On an epic scale, this game would score an 'EPIC'. It excels in the art of customization and allows for the player to express themselves in many ways. Not a single racing game should go by that doesn't take a lesson away from Burnout Paradise.
